Those Sedins There Not Bad Eh?

Now I'm a hugh Canucks fan so I've seen this for quite some time now but others are still quite surprise to see what the twins can do. Swedish is a popular theme on the canucks and the Sedins prove is a good label to have.
Daniel is the predominate goal scored between the two with 23 goals but still with 32 assists for a total of 55 points to lead the team. Henrik has only 7 goals but has 46 assist, barely trailing his brother with 53 points. Henrik is 4th in the league for assists and seems to also been the more physical with 40 minutes in the sin bin. Daniel has a team high of 9 powerplay goals this season and 5 game winning goals. Last Night in Edmonton, Daniel got his 2nd carreer hat trick, with a total of 5 points, collecting on every goal by Vancouver. To finish the hat trick he intercepted a cross ice pass and dished the puck down the ice from the Canucks blueline into a vacant edmonton net. Henrik also recieved four assists on the night, on ever goal except his brothers empty netter. The Brother were the first and second stars of the game. It's not just last night that twins have capitalized on, Daniel has 9 points and Henrik has 8 points in the last 5 game. Since Christmas the boys have a combined 42 points. In fact there is only 13 out of the total played 54 that the twins have not recieved a point. They have the top two spots of the team for points, followed by Markus Naslund at 44 points.
Daniel wears number 22 and Henrik with number 33. If it weren't for their jerseys I'd be clueless as to which is which, even after watching them for all these years. Unless their resting on the bench, then the sticks position gives it away but off ice, no idea whose who.
The brother are amazing, knowing where each other are at all times, with out even looking they know where the others going to be. Their tape to tape passes are awesome and Daniel can pretty much hit anything out of mid-air with his great hand-eye coordination. They have perfected their slap pass and use it so well. Their skating style is perfect making them elite, hell their Swedish how could they not be Elite at this point. All I can really say is their fantastic to watch, to see what they can put together and how they can make an awesome goalie look desperate and defeated. Their the perfect pairing, to find two players that could worker better and are more productive is almost impossible. The emotion they bring to their play is what makes them the kind of players they are and it's the best thing to watch. Sure their now Canadian but they make hockey what it is, energetic, fun, exciting and addicting. I'd be lieing if I said I'm not a little jealous theres not a little Swedish in me. Or maybe there is, who knows, but I do know I love the Sedins.
