WOW..........this is exactly what Atlanta needed. I like the Thrashers, they got good players, good coaches...not exactly good fans out there but either way..there are good team, and with the addition of Tkachuk, there just that much cooler now. Keith has always been good. Starting with the Jets ( Yay ) for five years collecting 289 points and 825 penatly minutes. the four years with Pheonix, then six with St Louis and now in Atlanta. I don't know he's just good, doesn't always put up a high point totally but it doesn't matter, he's at 52 points this season, but he's a good veteran presence to the team. I think he'll do well there.

It's Been A While.....

So its been a while since i posted, ive been pretty busy lately. so the traded players have settled into their new home and teams but some are more confortable then others. Tkachuk is fitting right in in Atlanta, and has 5 points already since the move. Alexei Zhitnik was also sent to Atlanta from the flyers and has recored 8 points with his new team. Bertuzzi was sent to Detroit but is still unable to play.
Normally i would feel the need to talk about Ryan Hollweg attack by Chris Simon but i'm not really going to do that cuz deep down i kinda like Chris Simon, even though it was extreme stupid, and he knows it was, theres not really much i want to say about the topic.
So anyway next up the teams holding the top 6 places in the league right now, plus what i think of them....if you can.....
1. Nashville- 8 players with a 40+ point season already, including the recently added Forsberg, not bad i'd say
2. Detroit- no surprise, Haseks holding down the fort, Lidstrom, probably the best D-man a team could have, Zetterberg and Datsyuk, their not too bad either..:)
3. Anahiem- goaltendings big, defences big, big forwards in Selanne and McDonald, big year for Getzlaf too
4. Buffalo- quite the season their having, good goalie, good addition with Zubrus, good in general
5. New Jersey- Brodeur, enough said but ill continue, Gionta...Elias....Gomez....Parise.... Langenbrunner...i'd say thats good enough
6. Vancouver- YAY, i love them....Luongo is amazing, the twins are amazing, Naslunds back to putting points up, what more could you ask for... <3
