Brendan Morrison

WOW! Brendan Morrison just made my...month lol last night! I have been waiting for him to get "it" back from last year and yesturday against Detroit he scored the 2 most important goals of the game, the tieing goal and the OT winner! it was so awsum i was so happy when he finally scored but then he topped it of with an awsum 5 hole OT goal!:) SOO happy right now! He's only 6 goals and 5 assists on the season and last years at this point he had about 18 points so he's a little behind but i hope he get more soon so everybody stops putting him down!

Last night game recap

So last night the canucks suffered a pretty big loss against Anahiem. Gigure played well obviously and the ducks had 5 different goal scorers in 6 goals. Vancouver fell apart basically, Sabourin didn't play his best, and no-one really knew what was going on! a little disappointing, to say the least!
Toronto took out the Bruins last night even when Raycroft got hurt. Both Nik Antropov and Alexei Ponikarovsky had a 3 point night for the leafs and Zdeno Chara pulled in 12 minutes of penatlies for Boston.
The canes beat the caps 5-0, eric cole with a Hat trick. Carolina had 39 shots on washingtons Brent Johnson, the caps only got 20 shots on Cam Ward.
Alexei Yashin(2) and Richard Park(1) were the goal scorers for the Islanders in there 3-1 victory over Philadelphia. The Flyers struggling to regain the control they had last year. Simon Gagne the lone victor for the Flyers.
Chicago was defeated 2-1 by the Devils in a shootout. Gionta sealed the deal in SO. Parise(NJ) also socred in SO. Brodeur is having a great start to the season with already 3 shutouts and a .912 Sv%.
Klesla(Columbus) has two goals in The Blue Jackets 4-2 win over St Louis. All 6 goals of the game came in the second period. Sergei Federov also got 2 assists.
Dallas defeated Phoenix yesturday at home in a battled that ended 1-0 in the Stars favor. Brenden Morrow scored the game winning goal on a power play of a Jeremy Roenick penalty. Marty Turco had 13 shots on net and CuJo had 35.
San Jose and the LA squared off but the Sharks took over the Kings to win it 7-3. The Sharks with a great effort, Cheechoo bringing in 2 assists and Marleau with the hat trick. Michalek putting up 18 on the season with 3 assists against the Kings. Toskala made 38 saves for the SJ.

First One!

Hey this is my first entry...so i dont really know how to start sooo.....i'll just get right into it my favorite team in the canucks so there is probably going to be more about them then other teams but i have a lot to say about other hockey teams and players. i love hockey even though i don't play it, i play ringette but hockey is almost always on my mind i have been a hockey fan since i was about 8 or 9 and a canucks fan since i was about 11 or 12 so yeah...just making this blog because i usually have alot to say about hockey but no-one i know likes hockey as much so i just need to get it out lol. alright thats it. Thanks!
